창22:15~19(하나님의 복과 세상복의 차이)

당신이 있어 나는 행복해요~

지난주 수요예배에 고전13장

사랑은 오래 참고 사랑은 온유하며 투기하는 자가 되지 아니하며 사랑은 자랑하지 아니하며 교만하지 아니하며 5무례히 행치 아니하며 자기의 유익을 구치 아니하며 성내지 아니하며 악한 것을 생각지 아니하며 6불의를 기뻐하지 아니하며 진리와 함께 기뻐하고 7모든 것을 참으며 모든 것을 믿으며 모든 것을 바라며 모든 것을 견디느니라

세상복?

육신적,세상적,정욕적- 만사형통, 부귀영화, 무병장수, 자손번창, 소원성취

요1서2:16(6이는 세상에 있는 모든 것이 육신의 정욕과 안목의 정욕과 이생의 자랑이니 다 아버지께로 좇아 온 것이 아니요 세상으로 좇아 온 것이라)

그렇다고 성경은 육신적인 복을 말하고 있다.

신28:2(네가 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 순종하면 이 모든 복이 네게 임하며 네게 미치리니 3성읍에서도 복을 받고 들에서도 복을 받을 것이며 4네 몸의 소생과 네 토지의 소산과 네 짐승의 새끼와 우양의 새끼가 복을 받을 것이며 5네 광주리와 떡반죽 그릇이 복을 받을 것이며 6네가 들어와도 복을 받고 나가도 복을 받을 것이니라)

신28:11(여호와께서 네게 주리라고 네 열조에게 맹세하신 땅에서 네게 복을 주사 네 몸의 소생과 육축의 새끼와 토지의 소산으로 많게 하시며 12여호와께서 너를 위하여 하늘의 아름다운 보고를 열으사 네 땅에 때를 따라 비를 내리시고 네 손으로 하는 모든 일에 복을 주시리니 네가 많은 민족에게 꾸어줄찌라도 너는 꾸지 아니할 것이요)

일론 머스크는 테슬라와 스페이스X를 이끄는 혁신가입니다. 그가 추진하는 전기차와 우주 산업은 머스크를 세계 부자 1위로 만들었습니다.

전자상거래 혁명을 일으킨 '아마존'의 창립자 제프 베조스는 여전히 큰 주식 지분을 가진 부자로 남아 있습니다.

3. 래리 엘리슨(Larry Ellison) - 약 290조 원

오라클을 창립한 래리 엘리슨은 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 AI에 대한 투자로 IT 업계를 지탱하고 있습니다.

4. 마크 저커버그(Mark Zuckerberg) - 약 260조 원

페이스북의 창립자인 마크 저커버그는 '메타버스'라는 새로운 온라인 공간 구축을 통해 혁신을 이끌고 있습니다.

잠13:22(죄인의 재물은 의인을 위하여 쌓이느니라)

하나님의 복?

창1:28(하나님이 그들에게 복을 주시며 그들에게 이르시되 생육하고 번성하여 땅에 충만하라, 땅을 정복하라, 바다의 고기와 공중의 새와 땅에 움직이는 모든 생물을 다스리라 하시니라)

하나님의 복과 세상의 복의 차이를 볼 때 어느 누가 하나님의 복이 세상의 복보다 크고 좋다고 할까요? 세상의 복이 크고 좋다고 할 것이다.

창12:2(내가 너로 큰 민족을 이루고 네게 복을 주어 네 이름을 창대케 하리니 너는 복의 근원이 될찌라)

창22:17(내가 네게 큰 복을 주고 네 씨로 크게 성하여 하늘의 별과 같고 바닷가의 모래와 같게 하리니 네 씨가 그 대적의 문을 얻으리라 18또 네 씨로 말미암아 천하 만민이 복을 얻으리니)

아브라함의 축복이 이스라엘 민족에게 모세를 통하여 가나안에 들어가서 성취됨

출3:6(또 이르시되 나는 네 조상의 하나님이니 아브라함의 하나님, 이삭의 하나님, 야곱의 하나님이니라)

출6:7(너희로 내 백성을 삼고 나는 너희 하나님이 되리니 나는 애굽 사람의 무거운 짐 밑에서 너희를 빼어낸 너희 하나님 여호와인줄 너희가 알찌라 8내가 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱에게 주기로 맹세한 땅으로 너희를 인도하고 그 땅을 너희에게 주어 기업을 삼게 하리라 나는 여호와로라 하셨다 하라)

아브라함에게, 모세에게 약속과 성취하신 하나님의 복이 세상복과 비교할 때 어떤 차이가 있나요?

이 말씀에 숨겨진 비밀이 있다. 가나안의 약속은 영원한 천국과 천년왕국이다.

고후5:1(만일 땅에 있는 우리의 장막 집이 무너지면 하나님께서 지으신 집 곧 손으로 지은 것이 아니요 하늘에 있는 영원한 집이 우리에게 있는 줄 아나니)

성도가 바라보는 것은, 믿는 것은 세상의 것이 아닌 천년왕국과 영원한 하나님의 나라이다.)

계20:4(또 내가 보니 예수의 증거와 하나님의 말씀을 인하여 목 베임을 받은 자의 영혼들과 또 짐승과 그의 우상에게 경배하지도 아니하고 이마와 손에 그의 표를 받지도 아니한 자들이 살아서 그리스도로 더불어 천년 동안 왕노릇 하니 5(그 나머지 죽은 자들은 그 천년이 차기까지 살지 못하더라) 이는 첫째 부활이라 6이 첫째 부활에 참예하는 자들은 복이 있고 거룩하도다)

 

세상과 하나님의 나라를 비유하면 꽃병에 담긴 꽃과 땅에 심겨진 꽃과 같다.

잠시잠깐, 일시적으로 생명으로 살아있지만 1주간도 살지못하고 시들어 버린다.

그러나 땅에 심겨진 꽃은 계절이 바뀌어도 세월이 흘러도 살아있다.

손에 있는 부귀보다 주를 더 사랑하는가이슬 같은 목숨보다 주를 더 사랑하는가

사랑의 빛 잃어가면 주님 만날 수 없어헛된 영화 바라보며 사랑할수도 없어

잠시 머물 이세상 헛된것들 뿐이니주를 사랑하는 마음 금보다 더 귀하다 - 복음송

 

그러므로 예수그리스도의 속죄함을 받은 성도

물과 성령으로 거듭나/고난과 환란으로 성장/열매/성숙/하나님의 복을 누려야 한다.

Genesis 22:15-19 (The Difference Between God's Blessings and Worldly Blessings)

"I am happy because you are here!"

Last Wednesday’s service covered 1 Corinthians 13:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

Worldly Blessings?

• Physical, worldly, and lustful blessings: success in everything, wealth and fame, longevity, numerous descendants, and fulfillment of desires.

• 1 John 2:16 – "For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world."

• However, the Bible does mention physical blessings:

• Deuteronomy 28:2-6 – "All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God: You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country. The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks. Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed. You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out."

• Deuteronomy 28:11-12 – "The Lord will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock, and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you. The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none."

World’s Wealthiest Individuals

1. Elon Musk – Approx. 500 trillion KRW (~400 billion USD)

   • The founder of Tesla and SpaceX, pioneering electric vehicles and space exploration.

2. Jeff Bezos – Approx. 300 trillion KRW

   • Founder of Amazon, revolutionizing e-commerce and retail.

3. Larry Ellison – Approx. 290 trillion KRW

   • Founder of Oracle, a leader in cloud computing and AI investments.

4. Mark Zuckerberg – Approx. 260 trillion KRW

   • Founder of Facebook (Meta), leading the metaverse innovation.

• Proverbs 13:22 – "A sinner's wealth is stored up for the righteous."

God's Blessings?

• Genesis 1:28 – "God blessed them and said to them, 'Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.'”

• When comparing God's blessings to worldly blessings, many may say that worldly blessings are greater.

• Genesis 12:2 – "I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing."

• Genesis 22:17-18 – "I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed."

The blessings of Abraham were fulfilled through Moses when Israel entered Canaan.

• Exodus 3:6 – "I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob."

• Exodus 6:7-8 – "I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the Lord."

How do God's Blessings Differ from Worldly Blessings?

• The promise of Canaan symbolizes the eternal Kingdom of Heaven and the Millennial Kingdom.

• 2 Corinthians 5:1 – "For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands."

• Revelation 20:4-6 – "I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years."

A Comparison: Worldly Life vs. Eternal Life

• The difference between worldly wealth and God’s eternal kingdom is like a flower in a vase versus a flower planted in the ground.

  • A cut flower may look beautiful but withers within days.

  • A planted flower, though it endures changing seasons, continues to live and thrive.

A Gospel Song Reflects This Truth

"Do you love the Lord more than fleeting wealth?
Do you love Him more than a life that fades like dew?
If love is lost, we cannot meet the Lord.
If we seek vain glory, we cannot truly love Him.
This world is full of fleeting things,
But a heart that loves the Lord is more precious than gold."

Therefore, a Christian Who Has Been Redeemed by Christ…

 

• Must be born again through water and the Holy Spirit

• Must grow through trials and tribulations

• Must bear spiritual fruit and mature in faith

• Must experience and enjoy the blessings of God.
